„Downhill-Starter“:
Freitag 13.06.: Wir starten mit ca. 45min. Techniktraining im flachen Gelände beim Pulverturm, in der übrigen Zeit wird organisatorisches besprochen.

Am Samstag (14.06.) und Sonntag (15.06.) trainieren wir im Bikepark Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis (Fisser Straße 50, 6533 Fiss).
Hier benötigen die Teilnehmer*innen ein Liftticket (4h Ticket).
Treffpunkt: bei der großen Landkarte beim Eingang vom Bikepark Gelände.

Ausrüstung:
Fullsuspension Bike, Vollvisier-Helm, Rücken-, Brust-, Ellenbogen- & Knieschoner, Handschuhe, Trinkflasche oder Trinkrucksack, Snack, Wind- und Regenschutz, Servicekit, Radhose & Trikot, Sportbrille, passendes Schuhwerk

„Downhill-Starter“:
Friday, June 13th: 1 hours at Pulverturm Innsbruck! We will start with approximately 45 minutes of technical training in flat terrain and organize what it needs to be organized.

On Saturday (June 14th) and Sunday (June 15th), we will train at Bikepark Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis (Fisser Straße 50, 6533 Fiss).
Participants will need a lift ticket (4-hour ticket) here.
Meeting point: at the large map near the entrance of the Bikepark area.

Equipment:
Full suspension bike, full-face helmet, back, chest, elbow, and knee pads, gloves, water bottle or hydration pack, snack, wind and rain protection, service kit, cycling shorts & jersey, sports glasses, appropriate footwear.
